You could certainly be right, however, Elliot just sent 71 trucks back to 71 facilities and E-Corp was sending data from 71 facilities to the NYC facility. It isn’t really implausible, especially given Mr. Robot and password ‘whiterose’ have flair for the dramatic.

That said, you could be right, but I do believe that Elliot is innocently enabling Stage 2 either way.

It would be interesting if Elliot were either making information impossible to find or planned to make the digitized data constantly moving so that it couldn’t be pinned to a particular server set etc. But, I suspect that would be him working against Stage 2 not for it ;)
