There were about five hints in the first three episodes that Jaime is in serious trouble (and that is not counting the easy disdain and casual familiarity with which Euron approaches him).

My suggestion in week one was that he needs to run for the hills on the triple quick (Olenna warning him was only the latest foreshadowing on a show that has become increasingly anti-subtle).
