Sad but true on ‘The Ringer,’
I LOVED Bill S. when he was writing for ESPN and I loved Grantland (I own physical copies of both of his bo0ks). I would have LOVED to work for him as a writer and wish I was half as good a writer as he is.
Sadly, I disagree vociferously with many of the directions he has taken over the last few years (not that it matters what I think). If it is true that he also loves the Fast and Furious movies, our long-distance romance might finally be over.
