Personally, the most frustrating thing isn’t the number of hits as much as the impossibility of figuring out how they value stories. I have had a story with 500–1000 hits earn me almost nothing while a post with 100 hits earns me $5. It is maddeningly frustrating, if not impossible, to figure out what their pay algorithm values.
