Interesting, and part of the problem is trying to keep track of the incredible amount of detail coursing through all of those pages. It is theoretically possible that Bran the Builder took COTF with him to enchant castle stones, but this would not really explain why they were in the catacombs of Dragonstone drawing pictures about fighting white walkers (just in time for Jon to find them).

At the same time, I would be willing to bet a TON of $$$’s that Benioff and Weiss knew none of this and were just bending the story to their will.
