I can agree with all of that. Great stuff!

It certainly made sense why they didn’t want to have to stage another gigantic battle for the wall (they have done that twice already).

I still think the ONLY logical strategy would have been to finish Cersei off and then turn North, you don’t give up a massive strategic advantage on the HOPE that you can get a full-blown sociopath to help you out.
