In other words, your piece hit me right in the heart (I am intentionally not naming my podcast b/c I don’t want to distract from the message).

NOTHING could make more of a difference than reigning in Prosecutor’s or making them convinced that successful OUTCOMES are more important than maintaining high conviction stats.

Over 90% of our incarcerated people are coming home and our prisons and jails are a TERRIBLE and ineffective way to deal with serious mental illness or addiction problems and the literally generate poverty.
