Great work, only two (mild) disagreements.
I do not think Cersei changed her mind, I believe (firmly) that it was her plan, at least since Jaime told her she could not win on the battlefield, to pretend to play along and use the lull to reconstitute her forces and reshape the contest. If there was human emotion displayed by Cersei, it was not genuine (“Acting”). I actually laid most of this out in my Eastwatch recap.
This is also evidence that her ‘pregnancy’ may have also been a strategic ruse (it would work either way, but worked well as a way to get Tyrion to ‘believe’ her sincerity (she was playing Tyrion the entire time).
Tyrion’s plan was a total disaster (you implied that he had redeemed himself a bit), Daenerys could have finished Cersei off now (while she might not be able to finish her off later) and his plan resulted in the Night King getting a zombie ice dragon capable of destroying the wall.
Let’s face it, Tyrion needs to go back to drinking heavily (he was much smarter drunk).
