A few small problems with what you say here:

First, Valyrian Steel has nothing to do with Dragons. It uses a particular kind of steel and forging method that have been lost to time, but Dragons were not involved.

Dragonglass is just what we would call Obsidian (it is just volcanic glass). It can be found in volcanic areas including Dragonstone and North of the Wall (which is where the COTF found it). Small folk have suggested it was made by dragons, but most educated folks from Westeros say it was made by “the fires of the earth.”

I guess Dragons could make it, but they would not be the only possible method for it to be made (Volcanoes).

Bran is a uniquely powerful warg and is also a greenseer. Not all Starks have the same capacity for warging and very few people in history are greenseers.

Yes, there is some looseness in GRRM’s books, but nowhere near the looseness in the Game of Thrones version of his books.
